arrival
Dressage riders can only arrive on Wednesday the 8th January. It isn’t possible to arrive on Tuesday. The stables won’t be finished. Jumping competitors can arrive on Wednesday the 14th January. If a jumping competitor would like to arrive earlier please let me know as soon as possible.

stables
This year the stables won’t be inside like they used to be. The stables are placed outside in big tents. Please take this in consideration perhaps extra blankets are an option.

stable requests
Dressage competitors can make their stable requests (tack boxes, would like to stand next to etc.) untill Monday 5th 16.00 hrs. Jumping competitors untill Tuesday 13th 12.00 hrs. After these times the stable plan will be made and changes won’t be possible.

saturday 10th January
During the day the arena will be reserved for harness horses stallion approvals. It is only possible to train your horse /pony untill 08.00 hrs in the morning.

cancellations
Please take notice the definite entry date has passed. All cancellations from now on will be charged to the riders. If a rider or a horse is cancelled we need a veterinarian or doctors explanation as soon as possible.
